  Fantastic Service

  The Centara is a great hotel with exceptional service. It is in a great part of Chaweng Beach. We dont normally go to the same hotel twice. However, we stayed here for the second time at the start of September and will be back again. Thank You for such a wonderful stay.

  Once again a perfect stay

  Our fourth visit to this fabulous hotel. I think it sit on the best part of Chaweng beach the sand is clean and the water crystal clear. The rooms are great fabulous shower with lots of amenities provided. The bed is huge and very comfortable two great big pillows.The complementary beer, and spirits replaced everyday is wonderful. We ate twice at Salt Society the food is excellent and yes sure you can getting much cheaper on the street but you won’t get the ambiance you get at Salt Society. The breakfast is next level three rooms with everything you can imagine then there is the egg room plus a menu with extras great coffee especially Reserve Iced Coffee. The staff are amazing from the lovely girls at the Spa, the front desk,the ladies that clean the rooms to Paul at the pool’s who always looks after us like royalty. We will be back.

  A relexad stay

  We stayed at the Centara Reserve for a week in August. The hotel is really cool and newly refurbished. We had a relaxed and comfortable stay - our children said it has been the best hotel they have ever been to - I think there is not much more to say.

  Five star facilities everywhere. 5 star attention to detail and 5 star staff. I can't recommend this resort highly enough. It is stunning and such a beautiful place to relax and unwind. You will not be disappointed

  Lovely relaxing stay at quiet end of Chaweng

  I was a bit worried that Chaweng beach would feel downmarket for this high end resort but the end that it’s located on was lovely. Plenty of activities close by for our teenagers to be entertained by and numerous cheap restaurants and massages just outside the hotel. The food at the hotel was very good but we do like a bit of variety. Rooms were of a good size and well decorated but could do with some storage. Would have liked to have a master light switch near the front door rather than just by the beds too but they aren’t big gripes. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms peaceful apart from at daybreak when the birds were quite noisy. Free minibar was lovely. Breakfast had a good choice and even our 2 vegan daughters found enough options to satisfy them.

  Holiday

  I would say this is the best resort I have stayed in. Location was perfect, staff in all areas from the grounds people, waiters and waitresses, cleaners, front desk, and especially the front door guys were all amazing. The grounds are immaculate, rooms are spacious and clean. We will definitely be back agin.

  Boxing Class

  Thai Boxing class with Diw was very good and entertaining. Nevertheless Diw Is a very kind person, he's also a good Muay Thai teacher. We recommande it to anyone who come in Samui. Thank you very much

  Hôtel Centara people working there

  Few working to main the desk and Tony as a driver they are very nice with people from the restaurent at beach … they helped us to had a very good vacation ever even few doesn’t work she keep taking care of us this is incredible

  So good

  It was so good. Staffs are very kind, private beach is beautiful, morning buffet is also nice and the activity programs are very good. If you visit koh samui, I recommand you to stay centara reserve resort.

  Good location, good but not yet great

  The hotel location is good…easy walk to shops and restaurants or short ride to the Festival Centre. Good beach location. Grounds and pools are lovely. Newly refurbished but lacking in storage space and rooms feel business like with no Thai styling. Bathroom facilities good. Excellent breakfasts; and pool and breakfast staff really helpful. Would prefer to have club facility as per old hotel. Having stayed here a number of times we felt the refurb was disappointing and no real wow factor to draw us back. Still some dirty tap water issues (3rd floor room issue perhaps). Thought the food menus were generally expensive and disappointing so we eat out most of the time. We both celebrated birthdays and there were lovely cake and champagne surprises …thank you. Disappointing Check in and check outs yet the Duty Manager was more helpful. So overall it was good but not yet great.

  Wonderfull place

  Excellent facilities, great breakfast. Right on a lovely beach. Rooms spacious and clean. Sunrise of the day a nice touch as was the vallet parking. Some nice local restaurants and facilities within short walking distance but it is at quieter end of chaweng.

  Muay Thai Boxing class

  I attended the Muay Thai boxing class by Dew and it was very interesting. This is the first time I learnt thai boxing and it was easy to understand and follow the instructions of the instructor. The service and hospitality of the staff is amazing and the property is lovely and sits right on the chalenge beach

  My best vacation ever!

  The best vacation I have ever had! The resort is beautiful, the staff is amazing everywhere: in the reception, resort entrance, pool, the terrace, everyone were so kind, so nice and it really feels like everyone wants you to have the best vacation. The hotel looks new, our room was so comfortable and beautiful, you don’t need to bring anything but clothes.. you have everything in it. The location is great. Breakfast is great, so reach, tasty and clean! The pool is amazing and the beach is awesome. I highly recommend this hotel!

  Best Resort Ive Stayed In

  The staff are amazing, they are so friendly, attentive to detail and all round just caring people. The rooms are ultra comfortable, and the facilities are brand new, clean and alot of fun. The breakfast is great with many options and the restraunts are fantastic. I would recommend this resort to anyone, the best we have ever stayed at.   Best Hotel

  Bew from Front Office is the best. She welcome us with the flower and smile. Golf also the excellent. He is very friendly petson. I love the hotel and also the beach very much. I will bring the family here. The room only need to improve is room cleanining is not on time.
