• Hotel credit will be 15% of the paid booking amount per stay, excluding tax and service charges.
• Hotel credit can be used during the stay and applied to food & beverage or spa services, except at select hotels where it is valid for food & beverage only.
• Hotel credit cannot be used for in-room dining and third-party outlets.
• Hotel credit cannot be used in combination with other promotions, discounts, or discounted items and services.
• Hotel credit is not available at Centara Ubon or Himalayan Hideaway Resort Pokhara, The Centara Collection.
• Blackout dates or surcharges may apply for stays on weekends, public holidays, long weekends, festive seasons and other peak times.

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid for the entire stay.
• Prepayment terms and cancellation fees vary according to each rate plan.
