• Guaranteed 20% lower than our Flexible or The Place to Be for CentaraThe1 member.
• The offer excludes any promotional rates, such as flash sales or other limited time offers and any other promotions from 3rd party.
• The offer is exclusively for CentaraThe1 members. Non-members can sign up or free; otherwise, the full room rate applies to their bookings.
• CentaraThe1 members will earn double CentaraThe1 points from their stay when booking rooms through www.centarahotelsresorts.com/Lotte VIP only. If you are not yet a member, sign up for free upon check-in or before check-out.
• Members will receive CentaraThe1 points within 7 days after checking out from the hotel. (The 1 points cannot be earned).
• Prepayment terms and cancellation fees depend upon each rate plan.
• Rates are exclusive of service charge and prevailing government tax.
• Blackout dates may apply, including 20 December – 10 January, may vary by property.
• Surcharge may apply for stays on weekends, long weekends, public holidays or festive seasons.
• Final bill will be presented in local currency.
