• Staff ID card must be presented at reception upon check-in to receive the benefits identified. Failure to present the Central Group staff ID card will result in full payment being required.
• The benefits are available for staff ID card holders only. The benefits are neither transferable nor assignable. It is exclusively reserved for the individual name on the card only and may not be given or loaned to any other person. Non-cardholders will be charged the standard CentaraThe1 member rate upon check-in.
• Applicable for new bookings made via www.centarahotelsresorts.com/exclusive-central-group-staff only. Subject to availability.
• The 20% room discount applies to The Place to Be and Flexible rates at participating hotels on the Centara website for Centara The1 members.
• Prepayment terms and cancellation fees depend on each rate plan.
• The benefits is exclusively for CentaraThe1 members. Non-members can sign up for free; otherwise, the full room rate applies to their bookings.
• The benefits cannot be used in conjunction with contracted or corporate rates, group bookings, banquet services or partner offers.
• An additional breakfast surcharge is applicable for all children sharing existing beds with parents.
• Surcharge may be applied for stays on weekends, public holidays or long weekends.
• Blackout dates may apply.
• Rates are exclusive of service charges and prevailing government tax.
• The benefits are subject to change at any time and in such instances, members will be advised accordingly.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the entire stay.
• Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

• Offer is valid only during the stay.
• 15% off à la carte menu applies to food and beverage items only at participating restaurants.
• Discounts are not applicable to special promotions,  set menus, promotional programmes, loyalty cards, discounts, or partner offers (i.e., Sunday Brunch, Valentine’s Day Celebration, Christmas and New Year Celebrations, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, joint promotions with credit cards etc.)
• Offer does not apply to in-room or in-villa dining.
• Offer does not apply to the following restaurants:
  • Centara Grand at CentralWorld: NAMA Japanese & Seafood Buffet
  • Centara Ubon: Godfather Coffee, Bread and Butter
  • Centara Ayutthaya: Summer Café, Diwa Rooftop Bar & Restaurant
• Advanced reservation is required, subject to availability.
• For groups, the discount applies to a maximum of 8 guests, including the cardholder.
• Offer is not valid on public holidays, long weekends, or festive seasons.
