  Family Holiday Karon

  Excellent location, our room did face the busy Karon streets so we noise at night was loud. Staff were friendly, and very friendly - Could walk everywhere including Temple Markets, Restaurants, Beach etc. Facilities are a bit tired, but rooms are very spacious (enormous), and we chose this place for location over anything else. Really good value for money, and it allowed us to offer our children the real Thai experience (we have a 12, 10 and 8yo).

  Great place in Karon

  Very big and spaces apartment with a nice view. Nere to the beach and shopping. The are is very safe and staff is very nice and helpful. The aircondition could be little better. The beach is the best that we experienced Thailand. Very clear water.

  Holiday

  We have stayed at your hotel many times. Sometimes we have had friends with us who also lived in your hotel. I usually contact your hotel when our next trip is reserved, to make sure tha we get the sea view we so much want...but we never had get an answer from you. This year we ended up on the third floor, but had the possibility to move the next day to floor 10. If we next time are going to stay at your hotel we want you to respond to the shipment we send before we arrive, to make sure we get the sea view. Regards Kerstin and Johnny Vestman

  great location and great rooms

  The service is good and the rooms are big. We have now stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years and each time we have enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location close to town and beach.. We will return in 2021.

  first slept in 11A. Than changed the room to 5D. In 11A the nearby bar kept noise, and that is fine - there propably nothing you can do about it. But in the windy weather there was a "banging noise" coming from loose sheet metal maybe?? That is something you could check. And bed was worse in 11A. After those everything went well and worked fine. Great holiday, thank You.

  Excellent location, clean, large rooms

  Very nice location in Karon beach around tons of shops and restaurants right across from the beach. Thailand is a safe country and we felt even more safe with the guards at the gated entrance. Loved the ability to use the towels for the day on the beach!

  Good quality apartment

  Short walk to the Karon Beach. You can get groceries from local convenience shops and for bigger items such as fresh chicken - go to Tesco (15 minute walk). Kitchen has 2 hot plates, fridge, microwave, kettle and a toaster. No washing machine. You can do light cooking for the family and save a lot of money by not going to restaurants for every meal. Sit-down restaurants are not cheap in the area - the prices are comparable to average restaurant prices in Singapore. Karon Beach area is more family friendly. Patong has big shopping malls, sleezy bars and quite aggressive pimps/prostitutes on pedestrian side-walks. In terms of beaches, both are comparable. There are more fishes to see in the water near the Patong beach. Karon has less fishes to see near the beach.

  Great Hotel

  10 days in paradise. Great hotel at a fantastic price. I could not have been happier. Room was huge with a great view. Staff were always helpful. Pool is large and inviting. Close to all restaurants and bars, and Tuk Tuks available right out front on the street.

  Sure apartment and sea view

  Super apartment and super sea view. The employees could be more friendly. But in all centara are there a lot of unfriendly employees. But they have very very nice resorts. That’s why I take centara. But please do something with your unfriendly employees.

  The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The view from the window is also good. There are minimum public facilities in the hotel. Location is good with beach and shops nearby. You can't hear traffic noise because it's a little deeper from the road, but you can hear the performance of a nearby bar at night. Anxious people may feel noisy.

  Large spacious apartments, overall Good value for money

  Stayed one week in large spacious apartment with two bedrooms and three balconies. We are a family of Five; two adults and three children aged 10, 13 and 16 years. Happy with our stay except daily irritation caused by the poor wifi... And the kitchen was poorly equipped, ok for breakfast but of You want to cook something you realize there isn't much more than a knife and a wooden spoon... Could hear music til very late in the night but slept ok anyway.

  Awesome location

  Just few steps away from beach. Rooms are huge and we were on 14th floor with ocean view. They have the cleanest pool possible. We were given card to get access to neighboring Centara (10 min walk) 3 pools and 2 restaurants but those pools were crowded so we stayed at our own pool which hardly had any people using it. Hotel has no restaurant so you have to eat out. We did get welcome package of fruit and bread/eggs/milk. Later on we bought eggs and bread from 7/11 and made our own breakfast since the room had a kitchen.

  a lot of space and a lot of comfort

  We stayed in this hotel in april 2019. We were amaised how large and how comfortable our room was. The service was really great and everyone was so friendly to us. having 2 balconies is something!!! and the seaview was awesome!

  Good property on the beach if you're looking for a self-service apartment

  We were a large family travelling together and so were given 3 apartments on the same floor that definitely made our life easier. Be aware that waterfront suites is an apartment, not a hotel...do not expect room-service, buffet, service staff and any of the hotel frills. It's the kind of place you would expect in a condo if you were a permanent resident. It has a front-desk which is helpful but covers only the basics, it has a pool that you are welcome to use but no life-guard. It has wifi that ticks the boxes but doesn't really work and it has a TV that does not receive signals.

  spacious apartment. value for money for families

  if you are travelling in big group or family, you can save on hotel rooms as you are only paying same price as 1 hotel room but getting 2 rooms. This is a condo apartment converted into hotel suite. Its location is close to the beach and shops so location is good. Facilities a bit old so you cant compare it with 4 star hotels. No restaurants in this condo but you are given a card to enjoy hotel buffet breakfast at discounted price at its sister hotel nearby. all in all, would recommend this place if you want to save money on 2 rooms. oh before i forget, this location gets noisy after dark from the bands playing in the nearby pubs.

  Excellent accommodation

  Very clean and spacious accommodation with stunning sea views. Lovely welcoming grocery package. Very thoughtful extras like the umbrellas incase of a rainy day. Towel service for pool and beach is superb.

  Great place to stay next to the ocean

  Great location and friendly staff. Security is on the high level. Very comfortable beds. We got fruits and some other food as the welcome pack. The hotel provides free billiard, table tennis, darts and squash. Still there are some things to work at: WiFi signal could be better in the room. Quite loud parties in the town behind the window but they did not bother us.
