General Job Duties
- Supervise and check the work of the bartender's staff.
- Responsible for the appearance and hygiene of all staff.
- Checks wine, spirits, soft drinks, and fruit par stock.
- Is familiar with the names and uses of all beverage products in stock.
- Knows how to make international cocktails, long drinks, and mixes.
- Ensure that all beverages are according to list specifications, properly presented, and served at the correct temperature.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of bartending experience
- Business Level English proficiency
- Pre-opening experience is not required but welcomed
Monthly Salary
- 320,000円~450,000円
