General Job Duties

• Supervise and check the work of the bartender's staff.
• Responsible for the appearance and hygiene of all staff.
• Checks wine, spirits, soft drinks, and fruit par stock.
• Is familiar with the names and uses of all beverage products in stock. 
• Knows how to make international cocktails, long drinks, and mixes.
• Ensure that all beverages are according to list specifications, properly presented, and served at the correct temperature.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of bartending experience
• Business Level English proficiency
• Pre-opening experience is not required but welcomed

Monthly Salary

• 320,000円~450,000円
