Overview
BASIC FUNCTION:
The performance marketing manager is responsible for optimising digital advertising, user experience and conversion rates. Personalisation and testing for optimised
communication and user experience are a key part of the role. The role will play a critical part in driving online revenue growth and increase traffic, engagement and
ROAS. Business and analytics insights must be used to continuously appraise and improve marketing metrics.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and continuously seek to improve online advertising campaigns to ensure optimal performance and increase ROAS.
- Work with team leads to deploy multi-cohort personalisation strategy to increase website conversion rate.
- Identify campaign performance issues, pinpoint the causes & suggestions for improvement.
- Work closely with Data Analyst for campaign insights and reporting.
- Increase brand.com traffic by implementing technical SEO recommendations as well as collaborating with external advertising and SEO agencies and Digital
- Content Manager for content optimisation.
- Manage daily performance of Affiliate networks and continuously onboard new publishers. Liaise with corporate marketing team when partnership opportunities arise. Validate attributed commissions when bookings are consumed and provide a breakdown of the transactions to Corporate accounting.
- Prepare Digital Marketing report combining data from Google Analytics, Ads platforms, Salesforce and Booking Engine data.
- Liaise and advise hotels on best practice for advertising and Web Development
- Participate in monthly property advertising calls with Assistant Director of Digital Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years’ experience in Digital marketing. Knowledge of the hospitality industry would be an advantage.
- Excellent English writing skills with proven track record.
- Excellent knowledge of online advertising including understanding of attribution and expertise in campaign management.
- Experience with digital tools such as Google analytics, Google ads manager, Meta business manager, Looker studio, Google tag manager, Google search console, SEMrush. Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical thinker with track record in mining complex data to drive business insight. Strong relationship management skills, together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
