General Job Duties

The Steward Manager is responsible for overseeing the steward department and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas, refrigerators, back of house, reception areas, and trash cans. They also assist in the maintenance and storage of all equipment and ensure that everything is kept in good condition for use.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent or similar position within the hospitality industry
• English proficiency is not required but welcomed
• Pre-opening experience is not required but welcomed

Monthly Salary

• 320,000円~450,000円
