Overview
Job Function
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Sales Manager and adhering to policies and procedures as provided by the company, the Sales Executive oversees all aspects of sales activities, consistently achieving goals and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers via meetings telephone calls and emails
- Visits potential customers to seek new business
- Acts as the contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathers market and customer information
- Represents the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
- Negotiates variations in price, delivery, and specifications with managers
- Advises on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Assists customers in selecting the most appropriate service that meets their specification
- Monitors customer service quality to ensure hotel guests are tended appropriately
- Coordinates and organizes events as per customers` needs and requirements
- Conducts assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments as per market needs
Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position at GCC Region
- Preferably Arabic speaker
- Able to maintain confidence, composure, and credibility
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Bachelor`s Degree in related field
